Refund Policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received. Returns cannot be made after a product has been assembled or installed by the customer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A 35 percent restocking fee is charged on all returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive confirmation by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 days, please, check your bank account one last time.
Then, contact your credit card company. It can take up to 30 days for your refund to post.
Damaged Items
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at info@outdoorcabinets.com with an attached picture of the damaged or defective item. Upon confirmation, we will ship your replacement item.

When returning an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We guarantee a three day turn-around on our end of an exchange, but depending on where you live, shipping times will vary. All deliveries ship from Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
If you are shipping an item over $75, it’s best to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
