Grilled Bok Choy
This delicious veggie is something you have to try at least once. That’s all it will take to win you over. While lots of Bok Choy recipes are for oven roasting, this one adds a great smoky flavor that you are sure to love.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Bok Choy
- ¼ c. sweet chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
Directions:
- Preheat a grill to medium.
- Halve bok choy lengthwise
- Microwave bok choy, covered, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Whisk remaining ingredients.
- Toss with the bok choy.
- Grill until charred, 1 to 2 minutes per side, brushing with any extra sauce.
