Rolo Stuffed Bananas
This dessert is typically a campfire treat however it is just a good when prepared on your grill. The kiddos will rave over this one. Don’t be fooled into thinking this is just for the kids, it’s a winner with adults too. *For an adult only version try liqueur filled chocolates instead of Rolos just don’t chop them.

Ingredients
- 4 bananas, peeled
- 1 c. Chopped Rolos
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers
- Caramel, for drizzling
Directions
- Make a crosswise slit in each banana, then stuff with Rolos and marshmallows.
- Wrap bananas in foil then place over a campfire (or on a hot grill) and cook until the candy and marshmallows are melty and the bananas start to caramelize, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and carefully unwrap foil. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and drizzle with caramel. Serve warm.
